LHH seeks a Revenue Cycle Supervisor in Wailuku, HI, with a focus on long-term care and hospital physician billing. The Revenue Cycle Supervisor will oversee the customer relations team, manage medical refunds, and perform auditing tasks.

This role is onsite

Responsibilities:

• Manage and process medical refunds accurately and efficiently.

• Perform detailed auditing tasks using Microsoft Excel.

• Ensure accuracy and compliance in all auditing processes.

• Supervise and support customer relations staff.

• Provide leadership and guidance to ensure team effectiveness.

• Specialize in long-term care and hospital physician billing processes.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience.

• A minimum of 3 years with an analytical background in medical reimbursement and auditing, specifically in long-term care and hospital physician billing.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

• Experience with Epic.

• Thorough understanding of contracts and fee schedules.

• Must understand the entire denial process.

• Knowledge of internal and external audits.

• Strong leadership qualities.

• Excellent time management skills.
