School-Based Physical Therapist
Part-time (3 days per week)

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team for a part-time position. This role will focus on providing exceptional school-based physical therapy services. Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct prehensive assessments of students' physical abilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' unique needs
• Collaborate with school staff, teachers, and parents to ensure a coordinated approach to student care
• Provide direct therapy services to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license
• Excellent munication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
