Job Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and qualified Instructional Paraprofessionals to join our team. The ideal candidates will work closely with teachers to support student learning and development. This role is crucial in helping to create an engaging and effective educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in delivering instructional content and activities.
• Support students with diverse learning needs and ensure they have the resources they need to succeed.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to both students and teachers.
• Implement instructional strategies as directed by the teacher to enhance student learning.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Qualifications: To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

1. Educational Requirement:

   • High School Diploma or State Equivalency Certificate.

2. Additional Qualification: One of the following:

   • Associate's Degree: Hold a two-year associate's degree from an accredited institution, or
   • College Coursework: pleted two years (60 semester hours) of college coursework from an accredited institution, or
   • State-Approved Examination: Passed a state-approved examination of content knowledge and pedagogy.
