Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing for a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role with school districts in the Chandler, AZarea. We are looking for dedicated and qualified professionals passionate about making a difference in students' lives.

• Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with certification through the BACB.
• Possess a Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
• Must meet allstate requirements for practicing as a BCBA in a school setting.
• Experience working in a school environment preferred, but not required.
• Ability to pass a background check and any district-specific requirements.

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Provide direct services and interventions to students.
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and parents to support student behavior goals.
• Train and support teachers and paraprofessionals on behavior management techniques.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations based on assessments.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to create a positive learning environment for students.
