Job Title: School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Contract Position

Job Description:

Soliant and its affiliates are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based contract position in Kelso, WA. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students by providing essential speech and language services to support their academic success.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.
• Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support student progress and achievement.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and treatment interventions.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Current Washington State license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
• Minimum of one year of recent experience working as an SLP in a school-based setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
