Are you a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) seeking an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of students? Soliant Health is currently seeking two enthusiastic SLPA professionals to join our team for a full school year. As a contract SLPA with Soliant Health, you'll have the chance to work in a dynamic educational setting, collaborating with students and staff to provide exceptional speech and language services.

Position: Contract SLPA (Full-Time)

Job Duration: Full School Year

Location: Multiple School Sites (Travel Required)

Responsibilities: As a Contract SLPA, you will be an integral part of the educational team, responsible for providing high-quality speech and language services to a diverse caseload of students. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting speech and language assessments to identify communication disorders and delays in students.
• Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans tailored to meet each student's specific needs and goals.
• Collaborating with Speech-Language Pathologists, teachers, and other educational professionals to support students' progress and success.
• Providing group and individual therapy sessions to students within the designated school settings.
• Documenting and maintaining accurate records of student progress and therapy sessions.
• Participating in IEP meetings and contributing valuable insights to the development of students' Individualized Education Plans.
• Adhering to ethical and professional standards in accordance with state regulations and guidelines.

Requirements: To be considered for the position of Contract SLPA with Soliant Health, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field.
• SLPA licensure or certification in the state of practice
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, staff, and parents.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced school environment.
• Flexibility to travel between different school sites as required.
