Position Overview:
Soliant is seeking a licensed and experienced Virtual School Psychologist to provide remote psychological services to students across Illinois. This full-time position offers the flexibility of working from home while making a meaningful difference in students emotional, academic, and behavioral development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessments: Conduct virtual psychological evaluations to identify cognitive, emotional, and behavioral needs of students.
- Interventions: Develop and implement effective, data-driven interventions and supports, collaborating remotely with teachers and staff.
- Collaboration: Work closely with educators, parents, and school teams through virtual platforms to develop and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavioral strategies.
- Crisis Support: Provide immediate remote psychological support and counseling for students in need.
- Progress Monitoring: Track and review student progress through virtual data systems, adjusting interventions as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Educational Requirements: Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology required.
- Certification: Must hold a valid School Psychologist license in Illinois.
- Experience: Previous experience providing virtual psychological services or working remotely is preferred.
- Skills: Strong munication, technology proficiency, and problem-solving abilities are essential for success in a virtual setting.
