About VocoVision: VocoVision connects schools with highly qualified tele-practitioners like you, providing a platform that enables effective treatment, teaching, assessment, and encouragement of both individual students and entire caseloads. VocoVision offers School Psychologists the chance to work remotely with K-12 students. Our certified independent contractors use live videoconferencing on a HIPAA/FERPA-compliant platform to provide services. We supply all the necessary software, training, and technical support to transition your in-person skills to an online environment.

Job Type / Responsibilities:

• Full-Time: 37.5 hours per week
• Virtual Assessments and Observations: Conducted with the assistance of an onsite facilitator
  • Teletherapy experience is an advantage
• Diverse Caseload: Work with higher-functioning students during observations and assessments
• Caseload: Mild to moderate
• Compensation: Weekly pay
• Schedule: Flexible and autonomous

Qualifications:

• Masters Degree in School or Educational Psychology
• Must be licensed to practice in Michigan
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus for bilingual assessments
• Experience with IEPs
• Strong communication skills

Contract Requirements:

• Provide direct services and conduct evaluations as needed
• Data collection, report writing, and parent scheduling can be completed outside school hours
• Collaborate with school staff and parents per school or regulatory requirements
• Submit timely documentation for IEPs, evaluation reports, and progress reports, adhering to state and local regulations
• Manage cases, including scheduling, writing, and managing IEPs, as well as preparing for and conducting IEP meetings
