Crown Staffing is HIRING in Middletown, Ohio!

We are looking for an Intervention Specialist to provide specialized instruction for Preschool through 2nd Grade students on the Autism Spectrum. You'll work closely with teachers, therapists, and service providers to ensure students meet their IEP goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver instruction in line with IEP goals for students with Autism
  • Collaborate with school districts, parents, and service providers to update IEPs
  • Complete progress reports and assessments following state guidelines
  • Supervise classroom staff and attend IEP meetings
  • Build strong communication with parents and team members

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, or related field; Master’s preferred
  • Valid Ohio Intervention Specialist license
  • Experience with Autism and developmental disabilities preferred
  • Ability to lift and position children up to 65 pounds
