Now Hiring: Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) in Gatesville, TX Area

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team. You will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to help assess, treat, and manage communication disorders in patients of all ages.

• Assist the SLP in conducting speech and language screenings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by the SLP.
• Provide direct therapy services to individuals and groups.
• Monitor and document patient progress.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and strategies to improve communication.
• Prepare materials and maintain equipment for therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

• Associates degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or equivalent.
• Current state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant.
• Experience working with children and/or adults with communication disorders preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Organizational and time management skills.
