School Psychologist

Bilingual Therapieshas partnered with a school district in the Gardner, KS area that is looking for a School Psychologist Details below:

Overview:

• Hours per week: 40
• Age group: elementary and high school (split evenly)
• Onsite: W2

The position expects School Psychologists to:

• facilitate the learning and understanding of mental health and trauma in children and families
• carry out Functional Behavioral Analyses (FBAs)
• create Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• complete the IDEA due process for eligibility determinations accurately (such as Specific Learning Disability)
• serve as LEA representative for some Individualized Education Program (IEP) and/or Section 504 Plan meetings.

Required Qualifications:

• Masters Degree in School Psychology or Educational Specialist Degree in School Psychology
• Must be licensed as School Psychologist in Kansas
