Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients' functional abilities and limitations.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care and optimal patient outes.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree (or equivalent) in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based occupational therapy interventions.
• Excellent munication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
