Position: Occupational Therapist (OT)
Location: Sumter, SC

Details:

• Role: Full-time, 30 hours/week
• Caseload: K-12 students

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
• Deliver therapeutic interventions to enhance students' functional abilities
• Partner with teachers, parents, and fellow therapists to ensure holistic student development
• Monitor and document progress, adjusting strategies as needed
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting processes

Requirements:

• Valid licensure as an Occupational Therapist in South Carolina
• Experience or readiness to work effectively with diverse student populations
• Ability to travel for in-home visits and school consultations
• Strong interpersonal skills and clear communication abilities
• Dedication to fostering students' occupational performance and independence
