Position Overview: We're seeking a passionate Onsite Special Education Teacher to join our team. You'll play a pivotal role in delivering tailored instruction and support based on students individualized educational plans (IEPs), fostering collaboration with colleagues, parents, and specialists.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement personalized educational programs aligned with students IEPs.
• Foster an inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and growth.
• Assess student progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and specialists to support student development.
• Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings and professional development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Special Education or related field (Masters preferred).
• State certification/licensure in Special Education.
• Experience working with diverse learning needs in an educational setting.
• Strong understanding of special education laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
