Job Description:

As a Speech Language Pathologistyou will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in students. You will collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and provide support to help students achieve academic and social success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on students' needs.
• Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to support students' communication needs in the classroom.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
• Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of speech, language, and communication disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches.
