Job Title: VirtualSchoolSpeech Language Pathologist in Minnesota (1099 Contract Position)

We are currently seeking a Virtual School Speech Therapist in Minnesota to join our team on a 1099 contract basis. As a telehealth professional, you will play a critical role in providing remote speech and languageservices to students, contributing to their academic success and overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations to identify students' academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and provide recommendations for interventions and accommodations.
• Deliver virtualtherapy sessions to address students' speech and language concerns and facilitate their personal growth.
• Provide remote consultation and guidance to teachers and parents on effective strategies to support student development and well-being.
• Utilize telehealth technology and digital tools proficiently to conduct engaging and effective remote sessions.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of student progress, interventions, and communication.

Requirements:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech Pathology or a related field.
• Valid Minnesota state licensure and ASHA certification
• Previous experience working as a Speech Therapist in a school based setting is preferred
• Proficient in utilizing telehealth platforms and digital resources for remote service delivery.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
• Demonstrated professionalism, empathy, and cultural competence when working with a diverse student population.
