Soliant and its affiliates are partnering with school districts in the Independence, OR area to provide exceptional educational services to students. We are currently seeking a dedicated and qualified ELA (English Language Arts) Teacher to join our team for a contract position.

Job Description:

As an ELA Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in English Language Arts to students in grades K-12. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching, strong communication skills, and the ability to create engaging and innovative lesson plans that meet the diverse needs of students.

Educational and Licensing Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Valid Oregon Teaching License with ELA endorsement
• At least one year of recent experience as an ELA Teacher
• Knowledge of current educational trends and best practices in ELA instruction
• Strong classroom management skills
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
