Full-time Speech-Language Pathologist Position Available in Eagle Point, OR

Introduction: We are looking for a committed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team full-time in Eagle Point, OR. This role is suited for a dedicated individual who is eager to provide high-quality speech therapy services in a school setting, helping students enhance their communication skills and succeed academically.

Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders among students.
• Formulate and execute individualized treatment plans based on educational needs.
• Collaborate with school personnel and parents to integrate therapy with students educational programs.
• Monitor and document students progress and modify treatment plans as required.
• Conduct training sessions with school staff and family members on strategies to support the students speech and language development.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
• Valid Oregon SLP license or eligibility.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Experience in a school setting is highly regarded but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and school staff.
