Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized treatment plans for students under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Assist with the development and implementation of behavioral interventions.
• Monitor and collect data on student progress and behavior.
• Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
• Provide support in classroom settings to ensure a positive learning environment.

Qualifications:

• Valid RBT certification.
• Experience working in a school setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
