Registered Behavior Technician - Lansdowne, PA
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team for the 2024-25 school year in Lansdowne, PA. As an RBT, you will work closely with students, teachers, and other support staff to provide high-quality behavioral support and interventions. You will play a crucial role in helping students achieve their personal and educational goals through effective behavior modification techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized treatment plans for students under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Assist with the development and implementation of behavioral interventions.
- Monitor and collect data on student progress and behavior.
- Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
- Provide support in classroom settings to ensure a positive learning environment.
Qualifications:
- Valid RBT certification.
- Experience working in a school setting preferred.
