School-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

We are seeking a dedicated individual with RBT certification to work collaboratively within our educational environment to support students with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a school setting.
• Provide direct one-on-one support to students, focusing on skill acquisition and behavior management.
• Collect and record data on student progress and behavior to track outes and inform treatment plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and parents to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions across settings.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

• RBT Certification Required
• Experience working with children with special needs in educational or clinical settings
• Strong interpersonal and munication skills
• Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and implement strategies effectively
• Must pass background check and obtain necessary clearances
