Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed speech and language assessments.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans for students with communication difficulties.
• Provide speech therapy services both individually and in groups.
• Monitor and document student progress accurately.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student development.
• Participate in IEP meetings and offer input on students' speech and language needs.
• Keep up with the latest research and best practices in speech-language pathology.

Requirements:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid Virginia license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology.
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply.
• Experience working with elementary and pre-K students with communication disorders.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to maintain precise records and meet deadlines.

Additional Information:

• Full-time position, 37.5 hours per week.
• Caseload: Elementary
