Position: Telehealth Speech Language Pathologist
Location: Tennessee (Remote)
Employment Type: Full-time, 1099 Independent Contractor
Schedule: Flexible hours during school hours
Compensation: Paid weekly

Role and Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and provide therapy sessions via telehealth for K-12 students.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and communication logs.
• Participate in virtual team meetings and professional development activities as required.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Employment Type: 1099 Contract Position
• Guaranteed Weekly Hours
• Competitive Pay: $40-48/hr depending on district budget and candidate experience

Requirements:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current IdahoSLP license (CCCs)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders in a school setting
