Duties: Attending IEP Meetings, Writing/Implementing BIPs & FBAs, and Coaching staff on ABA strategies

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other professionals to implement behavior intervention strategies.
• Provide training and support to school staff on behavior management techniques.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behavior intervention plans.

Requirements:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Experience working with children or adolescents with behavioral challenges.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a school-based setting.

State-Specific Requirements:

• Massachusetts licensure as a Behavior Analyst (LABA).
