Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide virtual instruction and support to students with special needs
- Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and administrators
- Monitor and assess student progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education
- Valid West Virginia teaching license with Special Education endorsement
- Experience in virtual or distance learning environments preferred
