**Job Description:**

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year in Madison, IL. The ideal candidate will be mitted to helping students achieve their full potential by assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and munication disorders.

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct assessments and evaluations of students' speech and language abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
- Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student success.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and treatment plans.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional input on student needs and progress.
- Stay current with the latest research and best practices in speech-language pathology.

**Qualifications:**

- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current Illinois state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical petence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience working in a school setting is a plus.
- Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
