Key Responsibilities:

• Virtual Therapy Delivery: Conduct engaging and effective speech and language therapy sessions through a secure teletherapy platform.
• Student Assessments: Perform evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs and determine appropriate interventions.
• Personalized Treatment Plans: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address each student's unique challenges.
• Collaboration and Communication: Partner with educators, parents, and other stakeholders to support student progress and ensure cohesive care.
• Progress Monitoring: Regularly track and report on student progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to meet goals.
• IEP Contributions: Actively contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, providing insights and updates on student progress.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Valid state licensure in Ohio
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a school setting
• Experience with teletherapy platforms preferred
