We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team near Shoreline, WA. Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate speech, language, cognitive-munication, and swallowing disorders across diverse client demographics.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and client-specific goals, utilizing evidence-based practices.
- Provide therapeutic interventions in individual or group settings to address munication and swallowing challenges effectively.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outes, maintaining accurate and timely documentation.
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, educators, and other therapists to ensure coordinated care and support for clients.
- Educate clients, families, and caregivers on strategies and exercises to enhance munication and swallowing abilities.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current licensure (SLP) in Washington State and Certificate of Clinical petence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Previous clinical experience preferred; new graduates with relevant clinical practicum experience will be considered.
- Strong clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, and documentation.
- Excellent interpersonal and munication skills to effectively engage with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a supportive team environment.
