As an RBT, your role will involve implementing behavior plans, delivering individualized assistance, and collaborating closely with school personnel and families.

Responsibilities:

• Execute behavior plans designed for students with autism and related disabilities.
• Offer one-on-one and group support within classroom environments.
• Gather and record data on student progress and behavior.
• Work collaboratively with school staff and maintain open communication with parents.
• Participate actively in team meetings and seize professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Active RBT certification.
• Prior experience working with autistic children is preferred.
