Qualifications:

• Master's degree (or equivalent) in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current valid license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of New Hampshire or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• IEP experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Conduct prehensive evaluations to assess patients' functional abilities and limitations
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' goals, needs, and abilities
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve patients' independence in activities of daily living, mobility, and fine motor skills
• Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and adaptive strategies
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and physical therapists, to ensure coordinated care and optimal patient outes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries
