Description: Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young learners? Join our team as a School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in beautiful Santa Barbara, CA! We are seeking dedicated professionals to provide exceptional speech and language services to our diverse student population.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to determine students' speech and language needs
• Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
• Providing direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings
• Monitoring student progress and adjusting intervention strategies as needed
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication goals
• Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• California state licensure or eligibility for licensure
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience working with preschool-aged children preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
