Soliant has partnered with a school district near Jeffreys, MOto fill a vacant position for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for this school year.
Description of Position:

• Type: Full time (37.5 guaranteed weekly hours)
• Caseload: K-12
• Duration of contract: ASAP - end of 2025 school year
• Pay: $42+/hour paid weekly
• BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) is responsible for designing and implementing behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, providing RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) supervision, and offering support to students with behavioral challenges to promote their academic and social success.

Required Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Possess a Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology
• Demonstrate previous experience working with students with disabilities and challenging behaviors in a school setting.
