We have an exciting opportunity for an RBT to join our team in the serene Carver, MA area. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing behavior intervention and support to students.

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Provide one-on-one or small-group support to students with autism or related disorders
• Collect and record data on student behavior and progress
• Collaborate with BCBAs, teachers, and other professionals to promote positive outcomes
• Create a nurturing and supportive environment for students

Requirements:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Strong commitment to the well-being and development of students with special needs
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work in the Carver, MA area
