Mitchell Tingle is seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional (Para) to join our team in Gettysburg, PA. The Para will assist teachers in providing instructional support and classroom management, helping students achieve their educational goals.

• Assist with classroom activities and instruction.
• Support individual or small groups of students with assignments.
• Monitor student behavior and provide positive reinforcement.
• Help maintain a safe and organized learning environment.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student needs.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.
• Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed.
