Job Description:
Soliant Education is currently seeking qualified School Paraprofessionals to join our team near West Salem, WI for the current school year. The selected candidates will provide support and assistance to students with special education needs, contributing to their academic and emotional well-being. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of students and collaborate with a dedicated team of educators.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to students with special education needs
• Implement strategies and interventions to support student success in the classroom and school environment
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other support staff to develop and implement individualized plans
• Monitor and document student progress, behaviors, and interventions
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Qualifications:

• Paraprofessional licensure and/or State Clearances and Certification must be in the State database and eligible to be Active by start date
• Previous experience working as a paraprofessionalis preferred not required for success in this role
• Strong munication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Patience, empathy, and a mitment to supporting students' well-being
