Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Position Near Middletown, RI

Soliant Health is currently seeking a skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time position in a school district near Middletown, Rhode Island. This position runs from September 3, 2024, to June 18, 2025, with working hours from 8:30 AM to 2:50 PM, Monday through Friday, totaling 34.5 hours per week. The RBT will work 1:1 with elementary students in grades K-3.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct 1:1 behavioral support to elementary students in grades K-3.
• Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure consistent support for the student.
• Maintain detailed records of student progress and report to supervisors as needed.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a Bachelor's Degree.
• Certified RBT with active licensure.
• Previous experience working with elementary-aged children is preferred.
• Strong munication and organizational skills.
