Job Description:

Are you a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) looking for an exciting opportunity in Ferguson, MO? We are seeking a skilled and passionate BCBA to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year. In this role, you will provide crucial behavioral support to students and contribute to a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver behavioral support and interventions in the classroom setting
• Implement and follow individualized behavior plans for students
• Assist with various building duties and collaborate with teaching staff
• Monitor and assess student progress, making adjustments to behavior plans as needed
• Work closely with students, teachers, and families to promote positive behavioral outcomes

Caseload:

• Minimum of 35 students

Requirements:

• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) required
• Experience in a school setting is preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with educators and parents
