ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Crestwood, IL for the 2024-2025 school year. This is a full-time position providing critical support to students ranging from 3 years old to 8th grade.

• Work within our specialized program catering to students with significant needs, including cognitive delays and behavioral concerns.
• Address disabilities such as autism, Down Syndrome, and cognitive delays.
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Provide behavior consultations to member districts.
• Conduct staff trainings on behavior management and intervention strategies.
• Collaborate with a department of 12 professionals, including other BCBAs and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Support and implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Monitor and track student progress, adjusting strategies as needed.

• Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Experience working with students with significant behavioral and cognitive needs.
• Strong understanding of FBA and BIP processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to conduct effective staff trainings and consultations.
