Job Overview: Soliant Education is looking for a dedicated School Psychologist to join our team in Mill Plain, WA for the 2024-2025 school year. This full-time, onsite role will be focused on providing psychological support to middle school students, ensuring they receive the necessary services to thrive academically and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct prehensive psychological assessments and evaluations for middle school students.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavioral intervention plans (BIPs).
• Provide individual and group counseling services to students facing emotional, behavioral, or academic challenges.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to address and support student needs.
• Promote positive mental health and well-being through proactive interventions and crisis management.
• Participate in school meetings and contribute to the development of strategies to support student success.

Qualifications:

• Valid certification or license as a School Psychologist in Washington.
• Experience working with middle school students in an educational setting.
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and intervention skills.
• Excellent munication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with students, families, and school staff.
