Position Details:

• Job Title: Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Employment Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students' motor, sensory, and developmental needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve students' functional abilities and independence in educational settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social success.
• Provide direct therapy services and interventions based on students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports.
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals and strategies.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree (or equivalent) in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in Nevada.
• Experience in pediatric or school-based settings is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
