We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students and to work collaboratively with other professionals in our district.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborative Support: Work alongside another BCBA in the district to provide comprehensive behavioral support.
Behavioral Assessments: Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) tailored to individual student needs.
Consultation: Take referrals from staff for BCBA consultation and provide guidance on behavioral strategies and interventions.
Student Support: Provide direct and indirect support to students across K-12 grade levels, addressing various behavioral needs and helping to promote positive behavior.
Training and Professional Development: Provide training to school staff on behavior management techniques and interventions.
Data Collection and Analysis: Collect and analyze data to monitor the effectiveness of behavior intervention plans and make data-driven decisions.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with district policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Certification: Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Experience: Previous experience working in a school setting or with children and adolescents is preferred.
Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and manage a fluctuating caseload.
Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing caseloads and work with a diverse student population.
