Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Job Description: Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Burnsville, Minnesota. As an SLP, you will work with a diverse population of patients to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, munication, and swallowing disorders. You will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans and provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' quality of life.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid license to practice Speech-Language Pathology in the state of Minnesota
• Certificate of Clinical petence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), or eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Previous experience in a school setting
• IEP experience preferred but not required
• Experience with AAC devices

Responsibilities:

• Conducting evaluations to assess speech, language, munication, and swallowing disorders
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Providing therapy to patients to improve munication, articulation, voice, and fluency skills
• Collaborating with caregivers, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
• Documenting patient progress and maintaining accurate records
• Participating in meetings and continuing education to stay updated on best practices and advancements in the field
