Position:
ProCare Therapy is actively seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for an elementary caseload in Kennett Square, PA, for the upcoming 2024-25 school year. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on young students' communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to deliver therapy services to elementary students.
• Implement individualized therapy plans to enhance students' speech and language development.
• Support and contribute to the creation and execution of individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Monitor and document students' progress, providing updates to teachers, parents, and team members.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, offering valuable insights into students' needs.

Qualifications:

• Requires a Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology for anSLP or a Bachelors degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field for an SLPA.
• Current SLP or SLPA license and certification in Pennsylvania.
• Experience working in a school setting is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for working with elementary-aged students.
