Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Boston, MA. The successful candidate will provide ABA services to elementary and middle school students, with potential involvement in high school caseloads. This role includes conducting assessments, creating behavior intervention plans, and working closely with educators and families. We offer flexible part-time and full-time opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Perform functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans
• Track and report on client progress
• Engage with school staff, families, and other stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Active licensure
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
