Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team near Warner Robins, Georgia. In this role, you will work primarily at one school, helping a child with difficult behaviors and supporting the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who works with the child daily. You will be responsible for developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, and providing training and support to staff and families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans
• Conduct functional behavior assessments
• Provide training and support to RBTs, staff, and families
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support the child's needs

Requirements:

• Must hold a BCBA license in Georgia
• Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
