**Responsibilities**
+ Team leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a production team, including scheduling work assignments and providing training.
+ Production oversight: Supervise and coordinate daily production activities, from setup to running lines, and ensure production targets are met.
+ Quality and safety: Ensure that all food safety, quality, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards are maintained and that protocols are followed.
+ Problem-solving: Act as the first point of contact for troubleshooting issues that arise during production.
+ Process improvement: Identify and implement continuous improvement projects to enhance procedures, methods, and equipment effectiveness.
+ Documentation: Maintain accurate production records and reports
+ Thorough understanding of all positions within the department
+ Relieve for breaks when necessary
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**
+ Experience in a food production or manufacturing environment.
+ Strong leadership and people-management skills.
+ Knowledge of food safety protocols and quality standards.
+ Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
