Overview
**Position Summary:**
Primary responsibility for driving growth, engagement, and revenue using lifecycle journey marketing strategies across acquisition, activation, monetization, and retention. Leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, app store presence, user onboarding, and in-app purchasing behavior while ensuring seamless integration with product and development teams.
**Key Job Responsibilities:**
**- User Acquisition:**
o Plan, execute and optimize content (including advertising) across multiple channels (Google, Meta, Email, In App/Push Messaging).
o Identify and analyze customer segments to tailor messaging and user acquisition strategy.
o Optimize App Store presence (ASO) to increase organic downloads.
**- Activation & Monetization:**
o Analyze user onboarding and purchasing behavior, identify campaign opportunities to mitigate funnel fall-out and maximize engagement.
o Assist with regular reporting to optimize partner offers, create personalized campaigns and grow an in-app marketplace.
o Work with product and development team to improve conversion flows and increase in-app purchases.
**- Retention & Engagement:**
o Create lifecycle campaigns and promotions using push notifications, email and in-app messaging.
o Test and optimize messaging, offers, and timing to drive repeat usage and purchases.
o Work collaboratively with the marketing team and agency partners to optimize design and content based on consumer data.
**- Analytics and Reporting:**
o Define KPIs (CAC, LTV, ROAS, ARPU) and run A/B tests to improve them.
o Use tools like Segment, Iterable, Tableau, etc. to identify insights and present data-driven recommendations.
o Ensure data quality and accuracy within the Segment platform and across integrated systems
o Confidently report insights and performance to key stakeholders, aligning on cross-functional opportunities.

What we're looking for
**Required Education & Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or Communications; with 2-4 years of digital, growth or performance marketing experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in growth or performance marketing for B2C digital marketing, specifically CRM marketing
- 2+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing for mobile apps, a plus
- Experience in standing up or measuring loyalty/rewards programs for a mobile app, a plus
- Proven track record of growing app downloads and revenue across customer lifecycle journey
**Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:**
- Ability to maintain data pipelines for collecting, unifying and activating consumer data using **Segment (CDP)**
- Demonstrated experience with APIs and webhooks for data integration with Branch.io attribution tools, **Iterable CRM**
- Strong understanding of CAC, retention and monetization metrics
- Strong analytic skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work independently to build audiences and develop customer journeys
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with design, product and agencies
