The Fund Accounting Manager leads the financial reporting and administration for key client relationships in a dynamic and expanding business. This role encompasses the leadership of a top-tier team of accountants, while fostering technological innovation to deliver a service of unparalleled quality.
This is a leadership position that is tasked with overseeing the operations of a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring that responsibilities are appropriately distributed among fund accountants to fulfill client needs. This role involves analyzing tasks, providing mentorship, conducting training sessions, and assisting in the refinement and enhancement of current processes and protocols.
Moreover, the Fund Accounting Manager is responsible for managing intricate reporting and communication for Alternative fund clients and fund managers.
**PLEASE NOTE - This role is a hybrid, three days onsite/two days remote schedule.

Compensation:
$100,000-140,000 annual salary will be based upon the successful candidate’s relevant experience and overall suitability for the position.
