This is a
hybrid part-time position scheduled Monday – Friday within a 24-hour period. The starting rate of pay is $24 - 30 per hour based on education and experience. This position onsite at our center located:

As a
Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy through a hybrid model, combining both remote and in-person services. This clinical position involves creating and overseeing ABA programs, conducting Functional Behavior Assessments, and designing, analyzing, and modifying ABA programs based on assessment results and ongoing data. You will provide family guidance and direction services in home, center, and community locations. As a BCBA, you will mentor and support Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) both remotely and on-site, providing supervision and training to ensure the effective implementation of treatment plans. You will also supervise BCBA interns, fostering their professional growth.
What You’ll Do:
Data Collection and Reporting: - Accurately record data on clients’ progress during sessions.
- Remote: Analyze data and prepare reports on clients' progress.
- Maintain detailed session notes and update client records as necessary.
- Provide feedback and observations to the clinical team to refine treatment plans.
- In-Person: Conduct direct assessments and observe sessions to gather data.
- Maintain a personal professional development plan to ensure continuous quality improvement.
Adherence to Policies and Procedures: - Follow all Touched By An Angel policies and state regulations, including confidentiality and mandated reporting standards.
- In-Person: Implement health and safety protocols, including PPE usage, during in-person interactions.
- Remote: Participate in virtual meetings, training sessions, and ensure compliance with regulations
Communication and Reporting: - Communicate any significant changes or concerns to the clinical team.
- Remote: Conduct telehealth consultations and supervision sessions with staff and clients
- In-Person: Meet with families and clients to discuss progress and plan interventions.
Additional Responsibilities: - Provide direct supervision and support to RBTs, ensuring the accurate and consistent implementation of ABA program
- In-Person: Conduct direct therapy sessions and supervise RBTs in real-time settings.
- Remote: Develop treatment plans and provide guidance to RBTs and BTs via video conferencing.
- Remote: Provide online training, support, and review recorded sessions for feedback and improvement.
- Facilitate training sessions and professional development opportunities for RBTs to enhance their skills and knowledge
- In-Person: Conduct live supervision, observe RBTs during sessions, and provide hands-on training and feedback.
- Assist RBTs in understanding and applying ethical guidelines and best practices in ABA therapy
- Collaborate with RBTs to address any challenges in implementing treatment plans and develop solutions.
- Mentor and support BCBA interns in developing their skills and understanding of ABA principles and practices.
- Remote: Guide interns through telehealth activities, providing virtual mentorship and supervision.
- Ensure that BCBA interns meet the supervision requirements set by the BACB, including the completion of required hours and documentation
- In-Person: Supervise interns during in-person client sessions and assessments, ensuring compliance with BACB standards.
What We Need from You: • Bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, families, and colleagues.
• Experience in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments and developing ABA programs.
• Strong communication skills for effective remote and in-person interactions.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
• Current BCBA certification with insurance and state licensure as required
• Willingness to obtain FL DCF 45 hours

• Proven experience in mentoring and supervising BTs, RBTs, and BCBA interns.
