As a BCBA, you'll conduct all duties expected of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst per the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). You will assess, create, modify, maintain, and implement treatment and behavior plans. Additionally, you will train staff to implement these plans and provide supervision per insurance and BACB requirements. You will also train family members, equipping them with the skills needed to manage day-to-day activities and social situations. • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field (M.S., M.A., M.Ed.)
• LBA and BCBA or BCBA-D certification required
• Strong knowledge of best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Receptive to feedback, effective in providing constructive criticism and praise
