You will get to enjoy a reliable schedule, working Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm. We are offering a salary range of $100,000.00- $115,000.00 per year for this exempt position.

In this role, you will manage a team of test engineers. Some of the key responsibilities may include establishing and implementing quality standards for products and services. You will be responsible for procedures and policies for the company to follow. This role is critical to our organization to ensure that our products and services meet the established quality standards, that our customers have satisfaction, and that we have achieved compliance with regulations.

Here's what you'll need:

• Define engineering test strategy and generate test plans and procedures
• Work with engineering to define test requirements and verify quality requirements.
• Manage and mentor a team of test engineers, ensuring the team understands their roles and contribute toward achieving quality.
• Communicate quality requirements to all teams.
• Ability to generate test plans for requirements.
• Knowledge of software testing in relation to specific stages of product development.
• Ability to perform manual and automated software testing processes. Strong knowledge of software development life cycle.
• Schedule and execute audits, monitor each step of the process and identify discrepancies and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with national and international standards as well as industry specific regulations and legislation.
